Chair Yoga

Every Monday

Chair yoga sequence is designed for the elderly, disabled or people who suffered injury. It is known to have many benefits: regular practice can improve physical health, soothe aches and pains that are common during the ageing process and offer calming strategies for anxiety. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Every Thursday

7.30-8.30 pm

​

The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is based on a sequence of asanas that are linked together by a series of movements, called vinyasa. The vinyasa is coordinated with a breathing technique called ujjayı. The practitioner is able to control and steady the breath, using it to create internal heat in the body that increases strength, stamina and flexibility, while boosting the metabolism. This powerful yoga program results in a well defined, sculpted body.

Hatha Yoga

Every Friday

2-3 pm

​

This yogasana series
builds on the basic principles
of breath, movement,
alignment and relaxation.
The postures featured are
some of the most familiar
and accessible and add
a layer of deep mental, emotional and energetic  awareness. Mantra,
more complex asana, pranayama and meditation work synergistically to
release blockages and
cleanse the mind.
