Adiyog
The classes are revitalising and rejuvenating and incorporate the traditional form of Pranayama (breathing technique), Savasan (relaxation), Dhyana (meditation) and Chanting. The classes are specifically designed to build a healthy balance of flexibility, strength, agility and poise. I emphasise on teaching one’s mind to relax in postures irrespective of whether the pose is easy or challenging. All postures are held for a long period of time enabling one to have a deeper understanding of the inner workings of the body. The classes will leave you feeling calm, stretched and with a sense of fulfilment. You will be sure to feel a difference in your body and mind.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Every Thursday

The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is based on a sequence of asanas that are linked together by a series of movements, called vinyasa. The vinyasa is coordinated with a breathing technique called ujjayı. The practitioner is able to control and steady the breath, using it to create internal heat in the body that increases strength, stamina and flexibility, while boosting the metabolism. This powerful yoga program results in a well defined, sculpted body.

This yogasana series
builds on the basic principles
of breath, movement,
alignment and relaxation.
The postures featured are
some of the most familiar
and accessible and add
a layer of deep mental, emotional and energetic awareness. Mantra,
more complex asana, pranayama and meditation work synergistically to
release blockages and
cleanse the mind.
